Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the address was entered incorrectly.

Shipping time can vary greatly depending on weather and unforeseen events. If you are having issues with tracking your package or did not receive your package despite the delivery status, please check with your local post office and fill out a form to figure out where your package is. You can request for your post office to track the package with GPS to make sure it is delivered to the correct address. If it is not, you can file a claim with USPS. If it was delivered but stolen, you will have to file a police report as theft is a felony.

We cannot accept cancellations once the package are shipped.

If there is any issue with the item, please don't hesitate to reach out to us! We will be happy to refund or replace the item if it was damaged.
